Surge in exploration guides has players revisiting late secrets. Hidden item quietly waits from NG+ onward.
Elden Ring: The ONE Missable Loot Everyone FORGOT is Ranni's Black Mask. This quest reward boosts casting focus, obtained only after finishing Ranni's side quest before leaving Liurnia. Studies indicate players overlook it due to obscure timing and branching dialogue.
How the Skip Happens Many rush the academy and miss the subtle prompt. Choosing to leave Liurnia after key story steps locks the quest. Research shows consistent saves and checking logs prevents this oversight.
Why It Still Matters Completing Ranni's quest enriches the main story understanding. The mask remains relevant for spell builds even in endgame.
Quick Takeaway Secure Ranni's Black Mask before leaving Liurnia to reap the full benefits.
